Family Advocacy/Case Management
Family Advocacy/Case Management is provided to families and individuals that are in need of multiple services. Our Family Service Advocate will meet with the families or individuals, assess needs and develop a service plan. Follow-up sessions ensure families/individuals meet their goals.
