Friendly Center is a dynamic agency that responds to the needs of the community it serves.

Friendly Center - Programs

A wide variety of programs and services are designed to assist low-income families overcome many of the barriers they face. Emergency services help families overcome short term crisis. Supplemental food programs prevent hunger. Educational and enrichment programs provide academic assistance for children from age 3 though high school seniors. Adults attend classes in English, parenting and computers. Senior Citizens receive a daily hot meal and socialization. Programs are provided by Friendly Center Staff, Collaborative Partner Staff, Volunteers and Federal Work-Study Students.

Many of our Programs are available at both Friendly Center and Friendly Center ~ North. Please call for program availability.
